This is our literacy task.We are learning about Jeff Thomson.
This is the car he made out of corrugated iron and drove in it for 3 years around NZ.He is the person who made the elephant by the entrance at Auckland zoo as well as the Taihape gumboot.

This is the  art trail.We had to answer questions around the whole school. Manasseh was my partner for it.We started at different places around the school. Manasseh and I started at I because you would have to start at a letter in the alphabet.I enjoyed it a lot.

Footy Camp in Wellington

In the holidays I went to  the A.C Malian junior camp in wellington.
I really enjoyed it.All the coaches were nice and that made it even more enjoyably and fun to be there.
I learned lots and lots of skills.I think I've gone from 60% to 100% in the five days they were there.
We also got to try new food for lunch from Italy.It started at 10 and finished at 4.I am really proud of how I did there.            CLICK HERE       Create with Tagul click here

The Island

I am blogging this because I enjoyed the story and I liked writing it. I was learning new words and to fix my own mistakes.



                                                        The Island 
Bang!I hoped out of the helicopter. I was stuck on a stranded Island.My helicopter had crashed. For a while I thought to my self.I had an idea I would walk for a  little bit and see what I could find.Longer and longer I walked.

Suddenly I came across a bunch off people camping by the sea in a tent.I asked them if they spoke English.It was silent for a little bit but they didn't. They walked off for a swim in the sea.Then the tent I remembered so I went inside and stole some supplies like,food,clothes and bed ware.

I got back to my helicopter made a shelter and and went to sleep.The next morning half of my stuff was gone but any way my helicopter was fixed and good to go so I could go home.And I did THE END!

Maths

I am blogging this because I enjoyed it and I did good in it.I was learning how to measure and add different ways.
Here is a picture of my working out from my maths task. Here we had to measure from Annie's town and visit all of her friends and make it bake to Annie's town. We could take whatever route we wanted to take around the map.My partners were Josh and Manasseh. I thought it was really fun and challenging too. I would like to do more things like this again in the future.

LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD

Once a pone a time their was a little girl who went to take here grandma

some food and wine.Along the way she met a wolf.And the wolf said

were are you going to my grandmas

she said. Were dose she live a whew

minutes away oh OK well by. And.And the wolf ran around a lake and  got to her grandmas place before she did and knocked on the on the door. who is it she it is me little red riding hood. OK come in she said the doors are unlocked.suddenly the wolf opened the door and ran in side grabbed her grandma and locked her in the coubed. And stoll some of her

clothes and lay in her bed.Then along

little red riding hood walked in…

finally she came into her room and

said oh what sharp teeth you have

and what big ears you have and you are much more higher thank you darling. Then.Then suddenly the wolf jumped  out of bed and ate her grandma then little red riding hood screamed here head of and man with a axe heard here and ran and cut the wolf open and she got here grandma back .
